The construction and layout of the houses is the exceptional outcome of the close cooperation between our 5-member team of talented and experienced professionals: The civil engineer, the architect, the interior designer, the landscape designer, and the electrician and mechanical engineer. All worked together to create a smooth, two-way exchange of beauty and elegance between the buildings and their surroundings. And we believe they have achieved just that. Where necessary, we have chosen to use glass surfaces to sustain the unobstructed view to the sea, the horizon, and the majestic Mount Ainos. Indoors, we combined the organic warmth of wood and the serenity of clean lines with innovative materials and fabrics that bring elegance to the contemporary design. In the garden, we used stone from the subsoil of Kefalonia and selected all our plants and flowers from varieties that grow naturally on the island.
